William J. Fields
Mr. Fields focuses on breach of fiduciary duty actions and securities litigation. He has significant experience representing shareholders and investigating corporate wrongdoing on behalf of investors. Prior to cofounding FKS, Mr. Fields worked at a national plaintiffs’ class action securities law firm where he represented clients in derivative lawsuits, class actions, and investigations and helped recover millions of dollars on behalf of investors. Mr. Fields previously served as a Staff Attorney in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals – Staff Attorney’s Office.

Christopher J. Kupka
Mr. Kupka represents investors and employees in derivative litigation and securities and employment class actions. Before cofounding FKS, Mr. Kupka gained nearly a decade of fraud investigation and litigation experience – first at a firm specializing in prosecuting civil RICO fraud cases and subsequently with a boutique firm focused on stockholder representation, where Mr. Kupka also led the firm’s class action employment practice. Mr. Kupka has been selected by Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters Corporation, as a Rising Star in each of 2018, 2019, and 2020.
